Campfire Skillet Nachos + Smoky Grilled Corn
Main: Campfire Skillet Nachos
Ingredients:
Tortilla chips
1 can black beans (drained)
Shredded cheese
Chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapeños
1 tsp South of the Border
Optional: avocado, sour cream
Instructions:
Layer chips, beans, cheese, and toppings in a cast-iron skillet.
Sprinkle spice evenly across layers.
Cover with foil and heat over coals or grill until cheese melts.
Serve hot with avocado or sour cream.
Smoky Grilled Corn on the Cob
Brush with butter and sprinkle with Smoking Blue Bonnet before grilling.
