Smoking Blue Bonnet Pulled Pork Sliders
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook: 6–8 hrs (slow cooker)
Ingredients:
3–4 lb pork shoulder
2 tbsp Smoking Blue Bonnet
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Slider buns and coleslaw
Instructions:
Rub pork with Smoking Blue Bonnet and place in slow cooker with vinegar.
Cook on low 8 hours. Shred and refrigerate.
Reheat and serve on buns with slaw
