These two side dishes, Charred Ember Potatoes and Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Maple & Flaming Embers Steak Seasoning Spice are a great compliment to any meat selection for your Halloween dinner.
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Flaming Embers Steak Seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.
Roast at 425°F for 30 minutes or until crisp.
Serve sprinkled with sea salt and parsley.
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Maple & Spice.
Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp Flaming Embers Steak Seasoning
Instructions:
Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Add sprouts, cut side down, and cook until golden.
Stir in maple syrup and Flaming Embers; sauté 2–3 minutes until caramelized.
Serve warm — smoky, sweet, and spicy perfection.
