This make-ahead lunch using All American seasoning from Bear Creek Rubs. This recipe is designed to be prepped ahead and enjoyed chilled or reheated throughout the weekend. The dish balances flavor, nutrition, and convenience.

(All American Blend | Comforting Reheat Option)
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
1 cup steamed broccoli florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Bear Creek’s All American Blend
Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper for heat
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, mayo, and All American Blend.
Add pasta, chicken, broccoli, and tomatoes. Stir to coat evenly.
Place in a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Make-Ahead Tip: Store portions in individual containers; reheat in microwave or oven. Keeps for 3–4 days.
