At Bear Creek Rubs, the month of May is one of our favorites — it's the true kickoff to grilling season, outdoor gatherings, and celebrating the return of warmer days. As the world outside starts blooming, we're excited to announce our featured blends for May: All American and Woodland Embers Smoked Salt.
Grilled Chicken and Smoked Veggie Plate
Main: Grilled chicken breasts seasoned with All American
Sides: Grilled zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms sprinkled with Woodland Embers Smoked Salt, Roasted mashed garlic potatoes (seasoned with a hint of smoked salt)

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Bear Creek Rubs All American
2 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
2 red bell peppers, quartered
8 oz mushrooms, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Bear Creek Rubs Woodland Embers Smoked Salt
2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared separately)
Instructions:
Season the Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with All American and let sit for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Veggies: Toss zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil and sprinkle with Woodland Embers Smoked Salt.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side, until juices run clear. Grill veggies until tender and lightly charred, about 8–10 minutes.
Serve: Plate chicken with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes. Sprinkle a pinch more
over veggies if desired.
