A hearty Friday night meal featuring a favorite cut of beef Fiery Flame Grilled Steak
Ingredients:
4 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Flaming Embers Steak Seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Rub steaks with olive oil and Worcestershire, then coat generously with Flaming Embers.
Let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Grill or pan-sear to your preferred doneness (about 4–5 minutes per side for medium).
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Serving Idea: Arrange steaks on a black platter, topped with roasted garlic butter and fresh thyme.
