Wyoming Steak Seasoning

Hello everybody,

Thursday was beautiful, Friday was very nice, and Saturday was rain and snow, but I found evidence.

of spring on Sunday. My irises were poking their heads up about 3 inches above the ground. So

I do know that spring is around the corner.

This just adds to my excitement about introducing our new steak seasoning...Wyoming Steak

Seasoning. We’ve been working on this seasoning for several months to get the perfect

blend. I grilled a sirloin tip last night and boy was it good.

I seasoned the steak and let it sit out for 30 minutes to come to room temperature, before.

placing it on the grill. The seasoning brought out all the flavors of the meat. My taste buds were doing.

the happy dance from the first to the last bite. I have included a recipe for Cheese topped tomatoes.

which goes perfectly with this steak.

Right now, we are waiting on the final label approval for the Wyoming Steak Seasoning.  We anticipate.

the approval by the end of February.  We plan to have it available on our Bear Creek Rubs website.

around the first of March.

We will also be posting pictures from our spice kitchen to give everyone a peek at where and how we

 make these delicious flavors.

Till next time Happy eating!!
