Smoking Blue Bonnet Pulled Pork Sliders
Ingredients:
3–4 lb pork shoulder
2 tbsp Smoking Blue Bonnet spice blend
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
12 slider buns
Optional: coleslaw, pickles, BBQ sauce
Instructions:
Rub pork shoulder generously with Smoking Blue Bonnet.
Place in slow cooker with vinegar. Cook on low 8 hours or until fork-tender.
Shred meat and toss with juices or BBQ sauce.
Serve on slider buns with slaw and pickles if desired.
Sides:

Fruit Kabobs (grapes, pineapple chunks, strawberries)
