BEAR CREEK RUBS IS NOW AVAILABLE at Marketplace and Company, Mitchell, Nebraska!
I spent Tuesday afternoon with Minder Petersen, the owner of Marketplace and Company, developing a marketing plan for the rubs that will include holidays and special events. At this location, Pat and I will have discounts, specials, and gift packages throughout the year.
Mitchell, Nebraska is in western Nebraska on Highway 26. The “Marketplace” restaurant features an Italian menu. Mindy is using Bear Creek Rubs in her meat and vegetable dishes. She also uses the versatile Mountain Top Garlic rub in an oil dip for a bread appetizer and mixes it with sour cream and mayonnaise for a chip and vegetable dip.
The gift shop carries unique kitchen and home décor items. The regular size jars of rubs are available in the gift shop.
