All American – A savory, all-purpose blend perfect for chicken, fish, and vegetables.
Woodland Embers Smoked Salt – Alderwood-smoked salt that adds depth and a hint of
campfire flavor to meats, beans, and roasted veggies.
Grilled Veggie & Farro Salad

with All American Vinaigrette
Best Served: Chilled or room temperature
Make-Ahead Time: 1 day in advance
Ingredients:
1 cup farro, cooked and cooled
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp All American seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
1/4 cup feta (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Vinaigrette:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp All American
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
Toss veggies with olive oil and All American seasoning. Grill or roast at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Combine grilled vegetables, farro, chickpeas, and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
Chill at least 2 hours. Add feta and parsley before serving.
