Grilled NY Strip with Flaming Embers
Ingredients:
2 NY Strip steaks (1–1½ inches thick)
1½ tbsp Flaming Embers Steak Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Pat steaks dry. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle Flaming Embers generously on both sides.
Let rest at room temperature for 30–45 minutes.
Heat grill to medium-high. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with grilled corn or roasted potatoes.
