Foil Packet Steak & Veggies Dinner

Perfect for: camping, grilling, or oven-roasted weeknight dinners
Ingredients (Serves 2):
¾ to 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup baby potatoes, halved
1 cup chopped zucchini
½ cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
½ cup sliced red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ to 2 tsp Flaming Embers seasoning
Heavy-duty aluminum foil
Instructions:
Prep Ingredients: In a bowl, toss steak cubes and vegetables with olive oil and Flaming Embers seasoning until evenly coated.
Assemble Packets: Tear off two large sheets of foil. Divide mixture evenly between them. Fold foil over to seal tightly into a packet.
Cook:
Grill: Place packets on medium-high grill for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Oven: Bake at 425°F for 25–30 minutes.
Check for Doneness: Carefully open a packet (watch for steam). Steak should be cooked to your liking, and veggies fork-tender.
Serve: Enjoy directly from the foil or plate with a side of crusty bread or rice.
