Ingredients:
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or goat cheese)
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms
1 tsp Mountain Top Garlic
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
Whisk eggs and milk. Stir in veggies, cheese, and seasoning.
Pour into muffin cups and bake 20–22 minutes until set.
